My Crush

My First Crush


I fell in love with my first crush when I was a die hard fan of Backstreet Boysabout 11 years ago. Oh my god! Damn, it’s been that long man? He is the lead singer of the boy band at that time (sometimes nick or a.j take the role). His powerful, romantic and sweet voice made me melt even until now. I would buy any cassette, cd or concert cd and listen and watch to them over and again. I would hunt for any magazines that feature any picture or article about them as well. When there are posters of them, I never missed it especially when there is a big poster of Brian. Jantung gua bisa gegar melihatkan kepetakan muka Brian itu!! All said hes not handsome..i know but I still like him anyway..mcm cool je bila tgk muke die!

My Second Crush


I didn’t have my first and second crush at the same time. No way I will like N’sync at that time as my heart goes fully to Backstreet Boys. Sorry, Mak! I always fight with my mom at that time comparing which is better whether BSB or N’sync. My mom really likes N’sync you know..mcm budak2..lebih pulak drpd aku. No matter what, I still like BSB. I fell for him after he left N’sync. His cute face, his talent in music makes all girls after him including me. I love the way he dances too..sexy man! Auww!

My Third Crush

As my third crush, he is such a sweet character in Grey’s Anatomy. Despite his love for Meredith, he tried to make his marriage work with his unfaithful wife, which then ended up with a divorce. He is just the noble man. He has always been there for Meredith, such strong bond, as a lover/ex-lover/friend. Besides, with his messy hair, especially after a surgery, makes him so yummy. *smiles*
His character in Enchanted made me fall for him for the thousand times..sweet bangat! I loooikkee!

As for the fourth, fifth… too many to list down.

The real men in my life, as for looks none of them came close to the above not even the character I guess. Can I list them now? Hehehe..

Just an update

Its been quite a long time since my last update. Im busy with works as usual. We have moved from our own HQ to client's office (Kastam Kelana Jaya). The PM expect us, the portal team to start development once we moved here. So, we have started coding our program.

I had a great weekend with my gedix gals; mila, ell and linda. We went to PD. Food i cooked was great..hehee. The apartment we rent, was quite ok but it was full. The pool dah macam fun fair.

We had fun in the sea, i almost drowned. I should take swimming class!



It doesnt matter where we go, the people that company us that count.

Wounds

Syawal kunjung tiba..

Somehow, i dont feel the excitement of celebrating raya this year. May be its because i spend too much time in the ofiice everyday, not realising im on the holy month of ramadhan. I just enjoy the bukak puasa with all coleagues, nothing more than that.

Preparation for raya? I managed to get only a pair of baju kurung, the most fit baju kurung i ever found. I didnt take long time to think whether to buy or not since i really did a last minute shopping for raya. At first, my mom and I konon nak set the theme color for this raya. Eventually, my mom said that ..tak payah la set theme2 ni..beli je la color ape nak. I have planned to wear red this raya since i never had red baju raya. So, my red baju raya is ready. To make it complete, i bought a pair of high heel. Thats all i bought for this raya.

I have bought the flight ticket, mahal gile seyhh! going back with mas but coming back with air asia. going back tomorrow, only a day before raya..tak dpt cuti byk..so tak smpi seminggu pun cuti raya since im in the critical project. Tapi at least, i managed to get few days leave.

oh..What a week!

oh what a week

Been spreading myself thin trying to juggle many thing,s wearing many hats that sees me end up on my bed the end of the day.

Puasa macam tak puasa. We have been working like crazy. Sahur kat ofis..bukak puasa kt ofis just for the sake of this bullshit project. Since puasa started, i never have chance to do the terawih prayers like i always did in the previous years. Sad, but I have no other choice. If I got the chance to go home early, I will be damn tired. Itu pun seminggu sekali je kot boleh balik awal. My sacrifice, hope its worth!

Planning to beli baju raya on the first week of puasa. Tak beli jugak lg..asyik stayback je kt ofis..ape pun tak sempat nk buat. Help me..i dun have anything to wear this raya..i have another 2 weeks till raya. Flight ticket to go home pun tak book lg..tension!

Puasa oh puasa

When i booked the flight ticket early this year i didnt realise that the date is nearly to puasa. When i told my father im going to kuching with my frens on these dates, my father said its a week before puasa. Lucky we didnt book on the weekends of puase. If not i'll be kelepek while jalan2 in Kuching.

and before leaving for kuching i have ganti all my last year's puasa, so nothing to worry anymore. Nasib baik sempat. Itu lah kalau suke ganti puasa last minute! Every year aim to ganti puasa awal, but in the end still kelam kabut ganti puasa a week or two before puasa.

Thinking of to balik kampung to puasa with my family this weekend tapi sangat malas nk naik bus n its late oredi to book the flight ticket, the price must be up in the sky. Mom said, balik raya je lah..i lagi ok maakkk!

First Day (6th Sept 2007)

Sakit hati tambah lg bila dpt another sms from airasia, our flight is delayed to 3.20 pm. When we reached Kuching, we straight away take a cab to Damai. Check in dah pukul 7..sedih sampai lambat. Memang tak sempat nak berkuak lentang. Took some pics at the beach, mandi manda (not at the beach ok..kat dlm tub je!) Find a restaurant nearby, there we melantak seafood!

Second Day (7th Sept 2007)

Woke up in the morning to see the sunrise and at the same time kuak lentang, me n syud dah siap pakai our swimming suit, suddenly hujan pulak. I was thinking apesal macam bad luck je ni, semlm flight delay pastu hari ni bila nk kuak lentang hujan pulak. Instead of mandi laut, i mandi hujan! wakkaka..tak penah dibuat orang pegi holiday mandi hujan.

After we took our breakfast, we were off to Sarawak Cultural Village. Mahal seyh nak masuk sini. The fee for adult is RM60. But for those who stay at Holiday Inn, we can buy the ticket with the price of RM50. We got the chance to see the performance in the Cultural Village, it was fun. I even joined them to dance together with the audience at the end of the show. Penat round Cultural Village tu. We check out and head to Kuching town. Check in at Hilton, then we all jalan2 kat waterfront, naik sampan yg tiga kupang tu. We even tried mee kolok that kak intan suggested me to eat. Tak sedap pun kak intan. At nite, we lepak at the water front and gosipping lagi!

Day 3 (8th Sept 2007)

In the morning, we took a cab to Semenggoh Wildlife Rehabilation Center to see the orang utan. If you want to see a bunch of them, you shoud go by the time they eat. They will gather at tempat makan2 there and visitors can see them, watch them and take their pics. But you cant go near them or touch them as they are very wild. We went there a bit late, by that time they already left except for two orang utan. Minah and ape tah nama die. Sempat la ambik gamba minah yang sama cute dgn Fida. Kekekke. We want to go the museum so we asked the cab to take us there. Unluckily, all museums were close that day. Nak pegi pasar satok, at that time tak bukak lg. So, we decided to go back to the hotel.

To cover the day we didnt get to kuak lentang, after came back around 1 pm, we went swimming at the pool. Mat Salleh pun tak sunbath tengah hari buta gini. Geram tak dapat mandi laut punye pasal. After that sume terbongkang. We took dinner at very nice restaurat near waterfront then we head to Satok. By the time we reached there around 9, its almost close. We didnt have the chance to buy a lot of things. People there told us the market is close at 12 but it close at 10.

Day 4 (9th Sept 2007)

We took our breakfast, nasi lemak die sgt sedap! Then we head to museum, all museums in cat city. Banyak gile museum kat sini. Sume nye bosan2, kat KL ni pun tak penah gi museum. Tiba2 gi kuching, gi museum pulak. We dunno where to go, thats y we went to museum and we still have plenty of time. To cover tak sempat nk shopping kat satok semalam, we went there again. Only then, we borong kek lapis, ikan masin and souvenirs.

We came back to hotel, pack our things and fly back to kl.

Ready to board

Thank god i didnt wait till tonite to pack all my stuff for my cuti-cuti malaysia tomorrow. Yes..i have packed all my things. At this time, Im still at office finishing all my tasks before leaving for a long holiday ..4 hari je including sat n sun. Can be considered as a long holiday la since i work in this Xy Co. And thank god jugak, my leave is approved at this critical time of my project development.

A bunch of us are leaving for Kuching tomorrow. Cant wait! I guess fida and shud have arrived my home by now. Malam ni tak tido plak gossipping!

The sad thing is, fida has just called me just now saying that our flight will be delayed tomorrow. Supposed our flight will depart by 8.50 in the morning but now its postponed to 1.20..gile lambat!! habis la plan kitorang utk berkuak lentang di pantai itu!

This is a second holiday this year for shima, me n fida but for first time with shud. X pe shud, next time kite gi holiday together2 lagi. Frens out there, you are welcome to join our holiday anytime! We booked this airasia ticket since january. Penat nye tunggu 9 months, kalau pregnant dah kuar anak. suddenly delay pulak, sakit nye hati!!

I can consider this kuching trip as our quite luxurious holiday (perasan je la luxurious nye) since we already booked hilton. We'll be staying one nite nearby the beach and two other nites at kuching town.

Hoohoo..i better finish all my jobs and go home. See you next week! adios!

Ada apa dengan "Naim"

Since I was toddler, I am introduced by my parent as “Naim”. I didn’t know how I feel to be called by that name, until I entered primary school. I realized, whenever I introduced myself as “Naim”, my frens especially boys will respond ..

“Eee..nape panggil naim? Macam nama laki..”

Or

“Naim..bukan tu nama laki ke?..”

Or..

Girls response..”Naim?..pelik la nama..”

Sampai masuk secondary school pun , people will respond with the same question whenever I introduce myself. Jadi macam tak puas hati pulak. Memang nama Naim tu nama lelaki ke? As I am very honored with my name, I never thought that the name “Naim” is specifically for men je. Another thing is my name is not only Naim je..ada panjang lg kt depan tu hah. Im not embarrassed at all to be called as Naim, but im tired to answer the question for the thousands time ..“Nama tu bukan nama laki la, kalau tak mak bapak aku tak bubuh la nama tu kat aku yang pompuan ni..”..geram gile!

As I grow older, eden dah tak suke nak introduce myself as Naim. I changed to “Janna”. Instead of calling the last suku kata of my name, I swap to the first suku kata. Some of my school frens n some college frens who used to call me Naim, wonder how my name is now called as Janna. It is answered!

I prefer to be called as Janna. I feel like Im really being myself whenever people call me Janna. And im grateful that my parent, my father specifically give me a beautiful name with beautiful meaning too!

Back on Track

Aloha everyone..

I guess my title describes everything!

Yes guys..im back on track. Im back to the world of blogging for the second time.

Last time, i decided to have blog when many people surrounds me have blog plus i like to read blog too. Kinda teruja when people tulis blog best, I pun nak tulis blog juge. But I end up with a rubbish blog which I myself hate. I hate the story bout myself too in that previous blog. I have deleted it by the way. It makes me feel so good to have this new blog. FYI, to have a new blog is in my 2007 new year resolution which only now i manage to have it ! September man, no more considered as new year..but glad its still 2007 :) big grin

I used to think what people wud think n say about my write when they read my blog, that is why I think I limit what i want to write. And I kinda push myself when to write and when not to write. Bila lama dah tak update, I rasa macam tak nak tulis blog dah, mcm mood to write blog dah hilang. I shoudlnt act like that kan, sepatutnye proceed je la tulis. But this time around, I will make sure I write anything I want anytime I want. I shouldnt bother what people think bout me.. this is my blog!

Its a gud therapy too to express something in your blog especially when you have a very hard day. I have to agree this with what Along has written once in her blog, the therapy really works especially when you dun have anybody to soothe you. :) Like me!
