New environment

First day was hectic, really really hectic! I even felt going back to the previous company. Oh oh a big no!

I was late on the first day, 10 minutes late. They were quite a few of us who joined on the same day, so it was like a batch of new comer including me. Upon reaching they were filling up few forms, so I joined them. I took the chance to break the ice. Peng, you know I was the one who started to break the ice as Peng always mention that Im kind of snob at the beginning when she started getting to know me. Ah Im proud! So, we knew each other well enough before the introduction session with the new company started. We were told that after the introduction session, we will be having the training session.

I was looking forward to that training since I dont know anything about SAP, seriously know nothing! But after getting my laptop, my team leader already claimed me and asked me to join a meeting with my team. Im surprised!I was really blur in the meeting. I just introduced myself and they went straight over to discuss about their work without me knowing anything. In the evening, I was told to join a conference meeting with UK consultant. Im surprised again! It was my first day ok! Give me a space to breath.

I went home with a feeling that Im scared I cant carry the job. Well after few days, it was better. Its been a week and today marks my 5th day here. Im getting more comfortable. Hope it will be better. I am attached to a project in UK, meaning we have to follow their time of work. Starting yesterday, I started at 2 pm and end at 10 pm. I have to work with this odd shift until my project finish and it will be around October. I am ok with this odd shift, since I am used to working late environment. Its just that Im worried about the transportation. I really have to sort it out!

Mila and the gang asked for a futsal game. Sorry guys, since my schedule now is very against the normal schedule like you guys, I cant really join you. Except if its arranged on the weekend.

Longing for weekend since the emotion is not really stable, effect of the new environment. Nice weekend y'all!
