Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri..Maaf Zahir & Batin.

Its hari raya. Its our family tradition, to perform raya prayers only at nearby surau. No famous or big mosque as they have a longer pray and many protocols. Buat lambat je. After sembahyang raya, we all bermaafan. Only after that, we get ready and head to my mak tok's house.

Baru lah bermaafan n bersalaman with the big family. Raya dah tak sama mcam raya dulu2 since tokwan dah tak de. Masing masing buat raya preparation sendiri, only berkumpul pagi raya je. Mak tok is mak's mother. This is usual for us to raya here first i mean my mom's side since I was small. Only then, we go to ba's(my father) side. The place to gather is at mak chaq's house - ba's eldest sister.

Thats the norm of my family di pagi raya. After that baru lah pegi rumah aunties and uncles yang lain. But mostly on my mom's side. My father ni die mcm tak close sgt relationship die dgn sedara dia yg lain. Mak chaq je yg rapat padahal ramai lg adik beradik and sedara mara dia.

Like today, after mak chaq's house, we went to auntie's house. Around 4 something baru balik rumah, penat..penat makan..tidoq!

At night, pegi umah atam n mak tam. Penuh gila rumah atam with all of us..happy..seronok!

Thats all normally what we do on the first day of raya.

Tomorrow, is our house's turn. Mak nak masak nasi tomato!
